A downloadable prototype for Windows

This is a Student Project where I collaborated with six fellow students of mine to create a game prototype. The team and I tried to create a fun third person mass shooter within six months using the new Unreal Engine 5. This was our last student project before graduating, and we put tears, sweat and turmoil into this project. I am pretty pleased with the end result and thought I would share it here.

In Project Orbital Guardian, you and your fellow colonists have traveled to the stars to finally find a planet habitable for humans. But as you land on the surface, you quickly discover the local fauna isn’t too fond of your arrival. The swarms of big hounds and huge humanoid creatures are tearing your base apart and are a threat to everyone on the planet. Shortly after you land, you send out a distress call to the corporation which employs you to survey the planet. As your exploration mission seems to have evolved into a survival challenge, corporate sends a package to aid you. Not the help or evacuation you had hoped for, but at least they sent a five-meter huge mech armed to the teeth along with the supplies. With this newly dubbed Guardian, you finally have a fighting chance against the local wildlife.
